Celebrating "Love" Day

Last week we, the world celebrated what I call "Love Day" known as Valentines Day! LOVE is definitely to be celebrated in my opinion! If you're in a friendship or a relationship, celebrate the person that puts a smile on your face, makes your day a little better just by the sound of their voice etc. And it doesn't take much.... a card, flowers/roses, dinner or lunch, quality time, a gift shes been hinting at, perfume etc.

And yes, I do believe we should show and express our love on a daily for our significant others however, if there's specifically a day designated for it ... it ain't my fault and therefor we're celebrating :)

Now on to my OOTD (Outfit Of the Day). Take a look at my laid back, cute and comfy fit I wore for our day date.

Feelin Myself on this "Money Green" Monday...

Let me start by saying I hope you all had a wonderful weekend whether you spent it shopping, hanging out with family/friends or simply laid back and Netflixed it up... however it went, hope you had a good time because Monday is here and back in full effect!

I wore this "MONEY GREEN" jumpsuit weeks ago and never got around to posting it (unless you follow me on IG). I know, I know...the shame-lol But without further ado... take a look at how this MONEY GREEN jumpsuit really had me feeling myself :)

Mixing Classic with Casual

You know when you're in the mood to be a little classy but still wanna keep it casual? Well, that was the mood last weekend. Hubby and I were going out with some friends and I wanted to be cute and comfortable! (Sidebar: he constantly teases me when we're going out because I ALWAYS wanna be cute and comfy so when it's time to get dressed he says: "what you going for today cute and comfy"? -lol). 

Anyway, I opted for the classic black dress (which every girl should have at least one of) and made it casual by adding my black and red flannel shirt tying it at the waist and I think it came out pretty nice. You've seen this look around before so here's a look at how I did it.

This past weekend we had beautiful weather and beautiful weather calls for gorgeous shoes :)!! Agree?

Tally On the Weekend

As you guys have heard me say before....I liiiiiiiiive for the wknd! I mean who doesn't look forward to the wknd? 

Even if I don't have a plan in site...I STILL look forward to the wknd! Anytime I have off to kick back, watch movies or catch up on my shows I have on the DVR w/some good snacks is a PLUS for me!
